Mastery Labs is our elite, small-group training program designed to be focused, intense, and game-changing. These are targeted, skill-specific sessions built to sharpen ball handling, shooting, and athletic performance in a highly competitive, high-rep environment.

This program is ideal for dedicated players ages 10 to 17. Because we strictly cap the sessions at a maximum of 12 players, it is perfect for athletes who want intense, detail-oriented work and personalized attention to take their game to the next level.

Athletes will work on specific, targeted skills depending on the lab they choose. The curriculum covers advanced footwork, precise shot mechanics, explosiveness, ball control, and mobility. They will see measurable growth and accountability through live game-speed reps, video breakdowns, and real-time corrections.

Sessions are broken down into specific, targeted blocks. Instead of a general workout, players spend the entire duration of the lab hyper-focused on one core aspect of the game defense, ball handling, or shooting. The environment is fast-paced and competitive, maximizing the number of quality reps they get.

Schedule: Offered every Sunday
9:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Defense Lab (Starts Nov 8)
10:00 AM – 11:15 AM: Ball Handling Lab
11:15 AM – 12:30 PM: Shooting Lab
