We use this information to process program registrations, send scheduling updates, practice reminders, weather-related notifications, billing notices, travel team information, and other operational communications necessary for participation in our programs. Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in any athletic training programs, basketball instruction, strength and conditioning programs, camps, clinics, leagues, travel teams, tournaments, open runs, private training sessions, and related activities (collectively, the “Activities”) offered by MaconGymRats LLC dba The GEM (“The GEM”). By registering for, participating in, or attending any Activities, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in addition to the Accident Waiver, Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Communication Consent Agreement.

Participation in The GEM’s Activities involves inherent physical risks. All participants, or their parent/legal guardian if a minor, must complete and acknowledge the required waiver and consent agreement prior to participation. Failure to complete required documentation may result in denial of participation.

Program fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled program, camp, clinic, or event, The GEM may issue a credit valid for up to two (2) months toward a future program at its sole discretion. Credits are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

The GEM reserves the right to modify schedules, coaching assignments, program formats, facility locations, or event details as necessary due to enrollment levels, weather conditions, facility availability, or other operational needs. The GEM also reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the values and expectations of the organization.

By participating in Activities, you grant The GEM permission to photograph, videotape, and record participants for marketing, promotional, educational, or informational purposes consistent with the signed waiver agreement. No compensation will be provided for such use.

By providing contact information during registration, participants and/or parents consent to receive communications from The GEM via text message (SMS), phone call, and email for scheduling updates, weather alerts, billing notifications, travel team communications, and promotional announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or by using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails. Contact information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

All intellectual property, including training materials, program structure, branding, logos, and digital content produced by The GEM, remains the property of MaconGymRats LLC dba The GEM and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of participation in The GEM’s Activities shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
