The GEM Academy

The GEM Academy is our full-time homeschool program designed specifically for student-athletes in grades 4th through 8th. We blend accredited academic support with elite-level athletic development, giving young athletes the exact environment they need to excel both in the classroom and on the court without having to compromise on either.

  • This program is ideal for dedicated student-athletes (Grades 4-8th, Ages 9-15) who want to balance high-level basketball training with top-tier academics. Whether your child needs a flexible learning environment, individualized academic support, or an elite training regimen during the day, The GEM Academy provides a structured, purpose-driven space for them to thrive.

    • Academic Excellence & Life Skills:

      • Accredited online coursework (e.g., Florida Virtual School)

      • On-site homeschool facilitator, virtual teachers, and tutoring support

      • Weekly progress reports sent to parents

      • Time management, goal setting, and executive functioning skills

      • Financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and leadership projects

      • Nutrition and wellness education

      • Creative enrichment, including STEM, music, and arts

    • Basketball & Athletic Development:

      • Daily elite basketball training led by GEM coaches

      • Small group and individual sessions on ball handling, shooting, and footwork

      • Game simulations, decision-making drills, and film study to build basketball IQ

      • Weekly strength and conditioning with certified coaches

      • Focus on speed, agility, mobility, and injury prevention

      • Mental toughness and court confidence

    • Age / Level: Grades 4th - 8th (Ages 9 - 15)

    • Schedule: Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

    • Tuition / Pricing: $18,500 annual total

      • Full-Time Option: $2,000 / month

      • Part-Time Option: $1,000 / month
