I’m not just teaching this, I lived it.
I earned a Division 1 scholarship out of high school and was named 1st Team All-County, but what truly shaped me was experiencing every role/experience as a basketball player from being the main option, to a role player, to spending time on the bench.
I battled injuries, loss of confidence, not understanding my role, and struggling to stay mentally present.
I’ve competed at every level: junior college, low and high major Division 1, Division 2, an opportunity at the Spurs G League Training Camp, and professionally overseas.
Each step taught me what it really takes to perform when it matters.
What separates my approach is that it’s built on both experience and education.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas and my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Barry University, giving me the tools to understand how athletes think, respond, and perform under pressure.
Everything I’ve been through has led to one truth: success isn’t just about skill, it’s about mindset, discipline, and consistency. And now, I help athletes develop the mental edge that separates good from great.
